ADT Scholarship Application
Plain Valley Ski Trails' mission is to create and sustain a high-quality ski trail system that serves the community and funds barrier-free ski educational programs that motivate individual and team achievement.
Plain Valley Nordic Team (PVNT) understands the expenses involved in skiing and charge our participants less than 15% of the program costs; the remaining 85% is covered through net proceeds from our trails, as well as through donations, fundraisers, and grants.
PVNT bases their eligibility criteria for scholarships upon income levels defined in USDA Child Nutrition Program Income Guidelines. Eligibility can be demonstrated by a school lunch authorization letter, medicare approval letter or income tax W2 income report. If circumstances extend beyond this criteria please use the section at the bottom of this form.
Please complete this form to apply for scholarship funding for PVNT's youth ski education program. Scholarships are reviewed confidentially by the scholarship committee who are responsible for distributing PVNT Scholarship funds.
